Harmeek showed keen interest in DevOps related technologies and was already helping companies move from CVS/Borland to SVN, helping setup CI servers to automate builds, was working on infrastructure automation and deploying releases to mainframe/zOS systems. Everything he did was to ensure that it helped improve developer velocity, customer experience and reduce cost for the business. It was around 2009, Harmeek got an opportunity to work with BlackBerry Ltd. and that’s where he got exposure to enterprise projects, global teams, carrier releases, multiple platforms and gave him lot of experience around enterprise DevOps.
